Social Events: Party Favours

Party favours were quite prevalent at campus events during
the first decades of the University of Saskatchewan. The trinkets provided
relatively cheap promotion for the event, provided some level of incentive
to attend and often helped create a special ambience.
Similarly, clever invitations often left a memorable
keepsake from a dance or party, as did dance cards and programs.
