Student Publications: The Auricle
Cover for The Auricle, 1970 |

Following the demise of The Greystone in
1969 the SRC attempted to publish a magazine-format quarterly periodical
entitled The Auricle. It was intended that the general student
population would contribute articles, poetry, photos and other submissions
to the magazine, but student apathy seems to have prevailed. In general
The Auricle lacks the life and feeling of The Greystone.
Little is said of contemporary campus affairs,
as was the intent of the magazine, but it was short-lived. An SRC referendum in 1970-71 put an end to the publication.
