Collage of images depicting the various functions which the Social Directorate organized throughout the 1945-46 academic year. The Social Directorate was formed in the fall of 1922 and by 1934 was responsible for organizing all social functions on campus. Events run by the Directorate included the Frosh Prom, Ladies' Formal, Colour Night, the Pente Kai Deka Dance and Reunion Day Dance. The organization was only dissolved in the late 1960s, when an exploding student population strained the ability of the group to coordinate the social activities of all of the colleges.
