Greystone - 1929
Writers' Club members, 1929. The Writers' Club was formed in 1926-27 and thrived on campus until 1931-32. It was formed by a group of interested students and fostered by the Literary Directorate. The club met to criticize and discuss student efforts in verse, short stories and drama. It also published a page of poetry each month in a Saskatchewan publication entitled The Torch and published an annual collection of student writing called Student Verses.
