Welcome

The Saskatchewan Archival Information Network (SAIN) is a database of descriptions of archival material held in Saskatchewan archives. It is a work in progress, with new descriptions being added regularly. For further information about the material described in this database, contact the relevant archives (contact information is linked from each description).

You may also search the joint Saskatchewan/Manitoba Archival Information Network.

SAIN is the Saskatchewan component of Archives Canada: the Canadian Archival Information Network.

Site created by Saskatchewan Council for Archives and Archivists, Association for Manitoba Archives, and Information Technology Services division, University of Saskatchewan Libraries. This project has been made possible by financial assistance from the federal government through the Department of Canadian Heritage, the National Archives of Canada and the Canadian Council of Archives, and from the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina. Content provided by individual institutions and the Saskatchewan Council for Archives and Archivists. Comments to Tim Hutchinson are welcome. Questions about archival holdings should be directed to the relevant archives (note that only a small proportion of the archival holdings in Saskatchewan is currently represented here).
