La vie florale
Il y a six régions de végétation à l'intérieur de la Saskatchewan : la forêt-parc subarctique ; la forêt boréale du Sud et du Nord ; la forêt-parc à trembles ; la prairie mixte et la prairie mixte aride. Chacune de ces régions a une végétation propre à elle. Du pin de Banks, du bouleau Labrador-tea et du bouleau glanduleux dans le Nord ; au peuplier deltoode, au pâturin et à l'anémone pulsatille dans le Sud.
