Historical Note: Stan E. Storey and W.G. Van Egmond were two of Regina’s most prominent architects. Although the two men worked on projects both together and separately, under a variety of corporate names, the names of Storey and Van Egmond are most often heard together. The two men designed many of Regina’s most prominent landmarks. Some of their buildings included the McCallum Hill Building, Central Collegiate, and the Hebrew School/Talmud Torah. This design was an Honourable Mention winner in the competition to build the Legislative Assembly.
