Historical Note:
The cyclone killed 28, injured 200, and made 2,500 of Regina 's citizens homeless. Although the storm cut a wide swath of damage through the city, the damage to property was not as bad as it appeared at first glance. Much of the city suffered no ill-effects at all from the storm.
