Archives and Electronic Records: Information and Resources

The preservation and management of electronic records is one of the most critical issues facing the archives profession today and is the subject of much thought and discussion in archival circles. In response to a perceived need among the information management community in Saskatchewan, the SCA hosted an Electronic Records workshop in December, 1997. This web page is an attempt to document that workshop and the questions it raised for the benefit of SCA members and others. By creating this page we also hope to provide an accessible information resource that will include on-line papers, links to similar sites, and related material.
