Niigata Prefect3 -
The Kenroku Park in Kanazawa, capital of Ishikawa Prefecture,
is one of the most beautiful gardens in Japan. The name Kenroku
means "Combining Six Features" (vastness, solemnity,
careful arrangement, venerability, coolness due to running water
and scenic charm). The garden was started in 1670 and completed
in the early 1800s. |
