Myogo Prefect5 - The
Kansai Gakuin University was founded in Kobe by a Methodist missionary
in 1889. In 1919 it became jointly sponsored by Japanese, Canadian
and American Methodist churches. It was moved to Uegahara in
Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture in 1929 and granted university
status in 1932. |
